Race Management Resources is a collaboration of people with expertise in all areas of road race event production and operation. Based in Louisville Kentucky, Race Management Resources can provide everything from full event management to operational services.

Race Management Resources event management services include:

General Event Management and Event Development: Event development includes setting goals, schedules and an action plan.  Our general event management staff will assist you with virtually every step of the actual event process.  A more detailed outline is available under General Event Management & Development section.

Fund Raising:  Race Management Resources offers one of the most extensive fund raising packages in the industry.  See our Fund Raising page under Services for more details.

Marketing Services: Race Management Resources' Marketing Services division is known for its attention to detail and for bringing every venue to the table to get the word out for your next road race, foot race, marathon, mini-marathon, or walking event.  You may click here for an outline of our Marketing Services.

Direct Mail Services: Our direct mail services team will meet with you and, based on your needs and budget, show you the advantages of using mailing lists that have been CASS certified, sorted and refined from your past events or others.  For a more detailed detailed outline of our direct mail services, please click here.

Event Operations:  Event operations includes all the details of your event.  City permits falls under event operations as does volunteer oversight and many other items.  Race Management Resources Event Operations Team will work with you to develop an "event punch list" of items that must be in place before your event can take place.  You can get a better idea of what event operations includes by clicking here. 

Race Management Services:  It may sound redundant but Race Management Services is a separate team that provides packet pickup and tee shirt distribution as well as finish line management and volunteer oversight.  Learn more about race management services here.

On-Line Registration: Currently on-line registration is being offered through another vendor.  However, if you have need of a custom on-line registration system, please contact us as our staff is fully capable of providing that functionality.
